The best way to do this is to make a list of what is important to you in cake designs and then get out the yellow pages. Simply narrow down your options to the top five cake designers and visit each and every one of them. Ask for samples and pictures of their work, and make sure they are willing and capable of offering the cake designs that you want.

I’d love to say that my cake decorating ideas always turn out as lovely as they appear in my head, but I would be lying.
